What to expect from your clean
Here's what to expect and how to prepare for your clean.
Tidy home, just needs routine dust/vacuum/sanitise. Your full booked time goes to cleaning — not catching up.
Normal buildup, pet hair, sticky spots. We'll work through the priority areas — a standard clean with more elbow grease.
Heavy limescale, built-up grease, thick dust. Your time budget will be spent on the toughest jobs first — we may not finish every room.
The “Tidy to Clean” Rule
Please ensure surfaces, floors, and beds are clear of clothing, toys, or excessive clutter. The kitchen sink should be mostly free of washing up. Remember — your booked time is a budget. Prep work means more of that budget goes to actual scrubbing.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. We just need access — a key, neighbour, or key safe works fine.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — you can move your booking to a new date and time at any point before it starts, directly through your account, subject to slot availability. Note that rescheduled bookings become permanently non-refundable, since this prevents the cancellation window below from being bypassed by repeatedly moving a booking. For cancellations of a booking that hasn't been rescheduled: 48+ hours notice = full refund, 24–48 hours = 50% refund, less than 24 hours = no refund.
How do I pay?
Securely by card via Stripe at the time of booking. No deposits — the full amount is charged upfront.
Are you insured and DBS-checked?
Yes. Fully insured and all cleaners are DBS-checked. You're in safe hands.
What areas do you cover?
Goole and the wider East Riding — Howden, Brough, Gilberdyke, Eastrington, Crowle and surrounding villages.
Do you offer one-off cleans?
Yes — our regular clean is available as a one-off. No commitment required.
